Storm Damage to a Residence/Playroom

What you see in these pictures is the result of a flooded basement after a N.J. rain storm. Throughout the house the ceilings were destroyed and in the basement/playroom we managed to save the floor and the tenants rug.

What you see in the Before picture is the damage the storm did in the basement and our SERVPRO of Western Essex County equipment at work. 

In the After picture everything is dried up and ready to go. We clearly explained the cleaning and restoration process throughout the duration of the job to our customer. And overall they were satisfied with the services provided by us.
